We collect contact details such as your name, company name, email address and, if you give it, your phone number when you use the contact form on this site, or when you contact us by phone or email.

Processing includes collecting, registering, storing and transferring personal information. It is governed by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
When and why we collect personal information
We collect information to reply to you, keep in contact and understand what our customers need. Your information is not used for purposes other than the one it was given for.
Who has access to your information
Only Ontec AS, and our suppliers when necessary, have access to your personal information. We never sell personal information to third parties.
How long we store your information
We keep customer information for as long as the customer relationship lasts, and longer if further cooperation is expected. Messages sent through the contact form reach us by email and are stored in our email system.
Our suppliers
Website hosting: our hosting provider stores standard server logs. Analytics: this site does not use analytics. Fonts and video are served from this site, so no third-party services load when you visit.
Your right to access, correct and delete information
You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by contacting tik@ontec.no.
